CNC Repairs Was formed in July 2004 and specialises in the repair and maintenance of all machine tools.In April 2011 it was incorporated into a new Limited company Machine Tools Engineers Ltd but still using CNC Repairs as a trading name. TOP AUTOMAZIONI A COMPANY WITH A PASSION FOR INNOVATION 1970: Founding of Torneria Automatica Bargellini, a workshop specializing in automatic bar lathe precision machining subcontracting work. 1989: The Bargellini company designs the very first hydraulic bar feeder which goes on to be produced for the next ten years. In the meantime work starts on the design of the Star automatic bar feeder. 2000: Top Automazioni is born. The new company, set up by Bruno Bargellini and his wife Valeria Abati, together with their sons Gian Maria and Nicola, specialises in the design, manufacture and sale of automatic lathe bar feeders. 2001: Top Automazioni patents a highly innovative PLC-controlled automatic bar feeder adjustment system that cuts out change-over times. 2003: The company, based in Poggio Berni (in north east Italy), successfully expands into foreign markets including the USA and Europe. 2005: Top Automazioni is choosen by the UNIONCAMERE award committee as the most "Innovative New Company in Italy " from among 100,000 Italian companies. World premiere: concept, development and realization of Winning’Sam; the first worldwide multifunctional bar and parts loader. It allows the automatic loading / unloading of slugs, shafts and form parts. Moreover, the facility provides the option of reverse the parts over in order to machine the other side on single-spindle parts.
2008
The Winning’Sam obtain the „Excellence in productivity“ trophy in Paris. A reference for industrials as an innovation label. The jury of experts selected 5 winners in 5 categories. Winning’Sam won in category “Numerical command machine-tools (removal of material) – Tool”.
2009
SAMSYS SA opens "SAMSYS UK" to meet the growing demand for high quality Bar feeders and innovative automated solutions throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

SAMSYS SA finally moves to Germany: foundation of SAMSYS GmbH on Nov. 11, 2009. Headquarter is now Zella-Mehlis, Germany.
